Khmer romanization — Phase 0

Type the whole corrected sentence. It is aligned against what you see below: words you left alone are confirmed, changed ones are applied, and only a span that cannot be cut without guessing is parked for review.

Each person gets their own code. Revoking it shuts one person out without touching anyone else. The server checks the code on every request, so hiding tabs is cosmetic — this list is the actual lock.

Everything contributors send lands here. Accept moves it into the dictionary; reject keeps it on file as "the team said no". Nothing reaches the dictionary without you.

Most spellings were written by a machine. A word becomes reliable as soon as ONE of its spellings is confirmed — that outranks every guess. Quick pass asks only about a word's likeliest spellings and moves on once one is confirmed.

Don't tidy it up. Shortcuts, dropped letters and English mixed in are exactly what we need.

Edit src/rules.js and re-run npm run build. These encode Khmenglish convention, not Khmer phonology.
